Initial Contact

Contact us to discuss your specific needs and request a quote. A representative from Zumias will schedule an appointment with you to understand your exact needs and preferences

Appointment

During the appointment, we will work with you to define clear objectives and determine the desired materials, finishings, weight, and other specifications based on the function of the instruments. We will also consider your budget and any other constraints or considerations.

Advice

We will use our extensive knowledge of stainless steel instrument manufacturing to recommend the best options for you, and to ensure that your instruments meet your exact specifications and requirements.

Packaging

We will work with you to design the laser engraving and packaging of the instruments to your specifications. This includes selecting the best materials and techniques to ensure that the laser engraving is durable and long-lasting, and designing custom packaging to protect the instruments during shipping and handling.

Quote

Once the details of the order have been finalized, we will provide you with a quote for your review and confirmation. This quote will include detailed information about the materials, finishings, weight, and other specifications of the instruments, as well as the cost of the laser engraving and packaging.

Manufacturing

Our team will begin the manufacturing process using the most technically advanced machines and techniques available. This includes using state-of-the-art equipment to precision cut, shape, and finish the instruments, and hand sharpening of the instruments to ensure the best possible results.Our process is designed to deliver the highest quality instruments, and we are confident that you will be impressed with the results.

Regular Updates

During the manufacturing process, we will keep you updated on the progress of your order and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Quality Control

Once the instruments are completed, they will undergo rigorous quality control checks to ensure that they meet our high standards. Our certified quality control procedures ensure that all of our instruments are of the highest quality and meet the requirements and specifications agreed upon with our clients.

Laser Etching

Upon successful completion of quality control, the instruments will be laser etched with the agreed-upon design and carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition.

Shipping

The instruments will then be shipped to you according to the agreed upon delivery schedule. We will provide you with tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
